Place one or multiple doors on the table. MARK handles a wide range of panel sizes, from small drawer fronts to fridge fillers. No fixtures, no jigs, and no complicated prep or programming. Just place the door and watch the robot do the rest on its own.
Select your sanding recipe from the touchscreen. VA systems are built with simple, operator-friendly controls that let shops create and update recipes quickly based on production needs. Most new operators can be running doors within hours, not weeks.
The robot sands frames, panels, edges, and breaks corners in one automated cycle. Multiple grit sequences run back-to-back to deliver a finish-ready part with no manual touch-up required.
Remove the finished door and load the next one while the robot sands the other door. This reduces idle time and allows one operator to run the machine while monitoring other tasks, dramatically improving labor efficiency.
